What is Pavoric?

PAVORIC is an India online marketplace where only certified, commercial sellers can distribute their products via a central platform. As a customer at PAVORIC, you benefit from professional order processing and receive exclusive new goods, which are mainly sold and shipped by India suppliers.

Who are the sellers at PAVORIC?

All items are offered by certified specialist sellers via the PAVORIC platform and shipped by them after ordering. You thus conclude a purchase contract with the respective seller from whom you order. PAVORIC itself does not offer any goods for sale via the platform and does not ship them either.

Can I pick up items directly from PAVORIC?

No. Only certified stores sell their products on the PAVORIC platform. PAVORIC itself does not offer any goods for purchase and accordingly does not have a shop or warehouse.

I have a question about a product, who answers it?

The merchant who offers the product on PAVORIC.

On each product page, the name of the seller who sells the product on the PAVORIC marketplace is displayed under 'Sales and shipping by'. By clicking on it, you will be taken to the seller's shop page. You can find various contact options for the seller via the letter symbol in the “Contact seller” section.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you also deliver abroad?

Each PAVORIC seller decides for themselves which countries outside of India they deliver to. It may therefore vary from product to product, whether it can be ordered in your country or not. You can easily check this by adding the desired product to the shopping cart, then calling up the shopping cart and opening the “Shipping by”: menu. This lists all the countries to which the product can be ordered. After selecting the country, you will also be shown the corresponding shipping costs.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are determined by each PAVORIC seller individually for his assortment and depend on his specifications.

The number of shipping costs incurred for an item can be found on the respective product page under the sales price.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time of an item can vary from seller to seller, you can always ask your seller about an expected period of delivery.

Please note: If you order several items from different PAVORIC sellers, you will receive a separate delivery from each seller, possibly in different periods. The delivery times stated on the product pages apply.

How can I track my order?

Through the shipment number that you will receive from the seller.

If you do not receive an e-mail with a shipment number within the expected delivery period, please ask the seller directly about the status of your order.

I have not received a tracking number yet. What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please contact the seller from whom you ordered directly.

The contact details of the seller can be found in your order confirmation, which you received by e-mail.

What do I do if my order has not yet arrived after the delivery time has expired?

Please contact the seller from whom you placed your order directly by the e-mail provided on the page.

You will find the contact details of the seller in the order confirmation that was sent to you by e-mail.

Which shipping service provider do you deliver?

The shipping service provider with which your order is delivered to you depends on the respective PAVORIC seller from whom you have ordered.

If you need this information, please contact the relevant seller directly.

Can I also have it delivered to a packing station?

Since our different sellers ship with different logistics partners, we, unfortunately, cannot give you any information in advance of an order about which parcel service will be used for shipping. In general, however, it is advisable not to specify a packing station as the delivery address.

Revocation and returns

How can I cancel my order before shipping?

Send the cancellation of your order in writing, most easily by e-mail, to the seller from whom you ordered via PAVORIC. His contact details can be found in the PAVORIC order email.

Complaint

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Please check the spam folder of your e-mail mailbox first. If the order confirmation cannot be found there either, please contact PAVORIC customer service by e-mail.

The received goods are damaged, how do I get compensation?

Please contact the seller from whom you ordered via PAVORIC. This will send you information on the further procedure and either start a new delivery or a refund process for you.

I have problems with the seller I ordered from. Who will help me?

If you have a problem with a seller, the PAVORIC customer service will help you further and will intervene in the communication between you and the seller in a clarifying and solution-bringing manner until your request could be solved.

How can I create a free PAVORIC customer account?

Under 'My Account' you have the possibility to create a new customer account free of charge. 

You can also create a customer account directly in the ordering process.

How do I log in to my customer account?

Under 'My Account' you have the possibility to log in. You can also find this area in the upper right corner via the user icon next to the shopping cart.

What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
